2.2 Account Registration and Use of our Service

When you register an Account for the use of our Service, we may collect, in addition to the information that we collect with your use of our Websites under Section 2.1, the following information:

    When you register an account, we may collect the following Personal Information: Your email address, a user name, password and IP address, and, if you set-up an Account through a third-party service (e.g., Facebook, Googlemail), your login credentials for that service, but only as permitted by that service, which is subject to your agreement with that third-party service.

2.3 Commercial Transactions

When you use our Service to conduct a commercial transaction, for example fund the development of one of our games or purchase in game items for one of our games, we may collect, in addition to the information that we collect with your use of our Websites and registration of an Account under the respective Sections 2.1 and 2.2, the following information: first, last name, billing address (including street, postal code, country), telephone number, date and data of transaction, purchase item, purchase price, and personal, and physical factors, regarding the purchase item (for example t-shirt size).

The collection of this information is mandatory and is required for us to fulfill our contractual obligations set forth in our Terms of Service, such as without limitation tracking the purchases, remembering the purchase items, and providing customer service.

2.4 Playing our Games

When you use our Service to play our games (including the final release, each demo, and any early access or beta version of the game), we may collect and store, in addition to the information that we collect with your use of our Websites, registration of an Account, and when you conduct a commercial transaction under the respective Sections 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3., the following information:

  • Unique Hardware ID: We may collect and store your unique hardware ID to prevent piracy of our demo and games and to guarantee Account security for you.
  • Hardware Information for Analytics and Technical Support: We may collect and store CPU/GPU model and specifications, OS version, driver versions, list of running processes, and other hardware information, to provide you with technical support and perform analytics to further enhance and develop the game that you are playing through our Service. We may, if necessary for effective technical support, link the hardware information to your Account (e.g. when you create a support ticket), otherwise the information will be stored anonymously.
  • IP Address: We may collect and store your IP address and geolocation data (only country and city) when you play our game to guarantee Account security (i.e., to ensure your Account was accessed from the location that is on file).

This information is mandatory for the functioning of our Service and will not be shared with third party other than when saved on our servers.

2.5 Integrated Third Parties Services

Our Websites and Service integrate third party services to enhance your use of our Websites and Service, such as without limitation, Twitter, Googlemail and/ or Facebook (registering your Account through these accounts), Reddit and/ or Discord (providing extra functionality to our Forums or delivering digital purchase items).
